Please understand that I'm a one person artist working out of my home studio in a woodsy part of Hertfordshire in the middle of England. When you purchase from me, I do everything in my power to make sure the print you've purchased is very well protected and I personally hand it over to be posted to you from my local post office.
Once it's in the hands of the Royal Mail Postal Services, I can offer you a tracking number so you'll know when to expect your purchase. If anything goes wrong in transit, I'm unable to help as you would expect as I do not work for the Royal Mail.
You can always contact me to talk about any issues at firstname.lastname@example.org as I'm happy to help as much as I'm able.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that you're purchasing an original work of art which is unique to itself and may be different to a print advertised on my website.
I'm afraid I don't offer exchanges.
I cannot offer refunds on my artwork as you are buying an original work of art which is unique to itself and the moment I created it. If for any reason, something goes horribly wrong then please communicate with me at email@example.com and I'll try to make an arrangement depending on what's happened. Remember that I'm a human at the other end of your email, so no matter what calamity has befallen your purchase, please be kind.
